1 Introduction
Welcome to xgjili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and xgjili ("xgjili," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at xgjili.best.

2 Eligibility

3 Your Account
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one xgjili account. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices – is a serious breach of these Terms. xgjili will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.
Account Registration
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Providing false information at registration may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.
Security and Password
Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share them with anyone. xgjili will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any other channel. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
Account Verification (KYC)
xgjili is required by Philippine regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, SSS card, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent withdrawals.
Account Closure
You may close your xgjili account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification. xgjili may also close accounts that show signs of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
xgjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum single deposit is ₱20.
- Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited within seconds.
- Bank transfers via InstaPay are generally credited within one to four hours.
- xgjili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal is ₱100.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.
- Bank transfers are typically credited within one to two business days depending on the receiving bank.
- xgjili may request KYC documents before releasing a withdrawal above ₱50,000.
5 Betting Rules
Placing Bets
All bets placed on xgjili are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the selection, stake, and odds before confirming any bet. xgjili does not accept requests to void bets based on player error after confirmation.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
The minimum single bet stake is ₱20. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event. Limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. xgjili reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits at any time and may apply individual account limits where necessary.
Odds and Pricing
All odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play odds change continuously and are subject to suspension during key moments in a match. The odds at which a bet is accepted are the odds that will apply to that bet – not any odds displayed before or after confirmation.
Void Bets
A bet may be voided by xgjili in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; an obvious pricing error occurred on the platform; there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity associated with the event; or as required by applicable regulations.
Disputes
If you believe a bet result has been calculated or settled incorrectly, you must contact support within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding. xgjili will review the dispute and issue a decision within five business days. Our decision on bet settlements is final once this review process is complete.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
xgjili offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and event-specific promotions. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified per promotion.
- Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. You must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unfulfilled bonuses expire after this period.
- xgjili reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before it has been claimed if fraud or abuse is suspected.
- Bonus funds cannot be used to qualify for other bonus offers unless explicitly stated.
- One bonus per player per promotion, unless the promotion terms say otherwise.

7 Slots and Bingo
JILI Slots
Slot games on xgjili use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Each spin is an independent event. Past results have no influence on future outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel.
Bingo
Online bingo on xgjili follows the rules displayed in each specific game room. Numbers are drawn using a certified RNG. Auto-daubing is handled by the platform. In the event of a tie, prizes are split equally among all eligible winners. Prize pools are funded from ticket sales.
Game Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction during any slot or bingo session, xgjili will endeavour to restore the session to its correct state. If this is not possible, stakes placed during the affected session will be refunded. xgjili is not liable for any winnings that would have been realized but for the technical issue.
8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xgjili. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or pricing glitches. Any winnings derived from a known or discovered error are void.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in bingo rooms.
- Using xgjili to launder money or conduct any financial activity in violation of Philippine law.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or xgjili staff through the platform's chat features.
- Registering multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers or promotions.
- Providing false identification or identity documents to xgjili.
- Accessing or attempting to access xgjili from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on xgjili – including but not limited to the platform design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data feeds – is the property of xgjili or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use xgjili for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to downloading, copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content on xgjili without prior written permission.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, xgjili is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
- Errors in odds pricing where those errors were not exploited deliberately but corrected before settlement.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use xgjili.
- Delays in payments caused by third-party payment processors or banking partners.
Nothing in these Terms limits xgjili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
12 Privacy
xgjili collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to xgjili processing your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
xgjili will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with gaming regulators, law enforcement authorities, and licensed third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) as required by law or necessary to operate the platform.
13 Changes to These Terms
xgjili reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the updated Terms take effect.
Continued use of xgjili after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
